By using meshenvy.org, you agree to these terms. Please read them before relying on site content or making a donation.
Effective date: June 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of meshenvy.org and other web properties operated by MeshEnvy NCC ("MeshEnvy," "we," "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the site.
MeshEnvy NCC is a Nevada 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 41-2583340) building community mesh communications infrastructure across Nevada. meshenvy.org provides information about our mission, deployments, and ways to participate or donate.
Content on meshenvy.org is provided for general information. Deployment guidance, coverage maps, and network status may change without notice. Do not rely on the site as your only source of safety-critical or emergency communications planning.
Operating mesh radio equipment, joining community channels, or hosting an access point involves technical, regulatory, and safety responsibilities that are yours alone. MeshEnvy NCC does not guarantee network availability, message delivery, or compatibility with any device or firmware. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, licenses, and site access rules.
Donations and membership dues support MeshEnvy NCC's charitable mission. Payments are processed by third-party providers linked from our site. Gifts and dues are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law for U.S. taxpayers, minus the fair market value of any premiums received (such as an optional WisMesh Tag). Consult a tax advisor for your situation.
Paid members may hold statutory advisory voting rights for board elections and designated consumer-board seats. Member votes are advisory on matters we designate and do not include authority over budget allocations, structural assets, federal permit strategy, or day-to-day operations. The board retains final authority over those decisions.
Host members receive MeshEnvy-owned radio equipment on loan, pre-configured as a turnkey appliance and provided as-is. The host provides site placement and basic care only. MeshEnvy does not commit to on-site troubleshooting or field visits for residential hosts. Field travel is reserved for major backbone deployments. If membership lapses or is terminated, the host must return loaned equipment to MeshEnvy in Reno, Nevada within 30 days, at the host's expense, in working condition reasonable for normal use. Failure to return equipment may result in invoicing for replacement cost and suspension of membership benefits.

The site links to external services such as Discord, social networks, donation platforms, and partner organizations. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
meshenvy.org is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeshEnvy NCC and its directors, officers, volunteers, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in mesh activities described on it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in courts located in Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
