MeshEnvy NCC ("MeshEnvy," "we," "us") operates meshenvy.org. This policy applies to our website. It does not govern third-party services you reach through links on the site, such as Discord, social networks, or donation processors.

  • Website usage. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and request timestamps for security and reliability.
  • Donations. When you donate through Zeffy or another processor linked from our site, payment and contact details are collected by that provider under its own privacy policy. We receive donation records needed for accounting and tax reporting. We do not publish donor names or gift amounts unless you explicitly authorize public recognition.
  • Email and inquiries. If you contact us by email or through a form, we keep the information you send so we can respond and maintain records related to our nonprofit work.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Operate and improve meshenvy.org
  • Respond to questions and volunteer or partnership inquiries
  • Process donations and meet legal and accounting obligations
